Sirius are delighted to announce that our team continues to grow with the appointments of Rebecca Fry, Callum Hancock-Leech, Holly Jinman and Man Kit Li.

Rebecca Fry, or Becca, has joined Sirius as a Senior Consultant in Operational Analysis. She has eight years’ experience applying a wide range of analytical methods across Defence and Government projects. Focussing primarily within the Land domain, Becca has supported decision making on a number of analytical and experimentation projects. Becca has experience of applying methods such as benefits analysis, agent-based modelling, process modelling, workshops, and statistical analysis. She has experience of leading and supported projects and has considerable experience of working closely with both engineering teams and customer stakeholders.

Callum Hancock-Leech has joined us as our Project Support Officer. With a strong background in business administration and project management, I bring a wealth of experience to the table, particularly in the public sector. My qualifications include a Level 3 in Business Administration and the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, which have equipped me to manage a variety of projects effectively. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside organisations such as West Sussex County Council, the LGMA and HSE in Ireland, the NHS, and numerous local authorities as a business consultant, where I’ve honed my skills in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Holly Jinman has joined the team as a Commercial Officer after 3 years working in the Private Client Law sector with national law firm Irwin Mitchell LLP. Holly has extensive experience with legal and contractual documentation as well as working with high net-worth individuals and corporations. Previous to this she graduated with a First Class Honours Law Degree at the University of Portsmouth and is due to be awarded a certification in Legal Practice and a Masters of Law from the University of Law in Guildford. 

Man Kit Li has joined Sirius as a Senior Consultant in Cost Engineering. He has 8 years of experience working in the UK Defence Sector. During this time, he worked as a Civil Servant for the MoD’s Cost Assurance and Analysis Service (CAAS), where he was the Delivery Lead responsible for pioneering the Naval Ship Support Planning Round-Independent Cost Estimates methodology. He also worked as a Consultant leading cost work packages associated with game-changer programmes such as Multi-Domain Integrated Systems (MDIS). In this role, he developed and executed a new and novel approach to assess the cost implications of introducing additional Robotic Autonomous System capability to the Front Line Command.
