Stephen Dow
Head of Systems Engineering
Stephen has spent over 25 years delivering complex Systems Engineering projects within the defence sector. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the IET and the Institute for Systems Engineering.
He started his career by designing and developing military satcom modems before moving onto the delivery of complex satellite communication systems for disadvantages platforms.
Stephen has been Chief Engineer at QinetiQ where he was responsible for Technical Assurance, Engineering Governance and the engineering delivery for Maritime communication and combat systems. He has key skills and experience in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering Lifecycle, Capability Development, Programme and Project Management and Technical Consulting.
