Kristy has worked in defence for over 22 years and brings to Sirius her experiencing in managing and delivering major projects within the sector.

As head of P3MO she leverages PRINCE2, APM and MSP principles alongside a strong foundation in governance, resource optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery of projects.

A typical weekend in Kristy’s household is full of sports, she’s played netball around the world and on a Saturday play in the mixed national league. This is often followed by cheering on my husband in rugby or my son in football, come rain or shine!
