Kristy has worked in defence for over 22 years and brings to Sirius her experiencing in managing and delivering major programmes and projects within the sector.
As head of P3MO she leverages PRINCE2, APM and MSP principles alongside a strong foundation in governance, resource optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery of projects.
A typical weekend in Kristy’s household is full of sports; she’s played netball around the world and on a Saturday plays in the mixed national league. This is often followed by cheering on her husband at rugby or her son at football, come rain or shine!
