Alan is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD with an executive mini-MBA qualification. Alan is a people and business operations professional with over 20 years experience of strategically leading a variety of business support areas including HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, Facilities, Marketing, IT and Security within a consultancy environment. Alan has experience of leading and developing teams across the Defence, Government, Space, Energy, Financial Services and Sport sectors. Alan is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and began his early career as a PGA qualified Golf Professional and Instructor.
On the weekends, Alan is usually following a West Ham game or planning his next holiday.
