Nicola Scott

An OA specialist Nicola has been working within the defence industry for over 10 years.

Nicola has been an Operational Analyst in Defence for over 10 years, this has included working in both the public and private sectors. She has experience of applying quantitative and qualitative techniques to a broad range of domains, providing technical leadership and assurance for customers within the UK MoD and NATO. Most recently she has led the provision of Operational Analysis support to multiple NATO Common Funded Capability Development Programmes.

She has a PhD in applied mathematics and is a member of the Operational Research Society and the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications.

Outside of work Nicola is a member of her local running club, enjoys exploring the countryside and gardening.
